  • Paid by the 10th of every month, no exceptions

    We hold the payday even when the 10th falls on a weekend. You never have to check whether the money will arrive on time, or plan your rent or instalments around it.

  • A fifth week of holiday after your first year

    You start on four weeks of holiday, and a fifth is added once you have worked a full year. That extra week goes beyond what Czech labour law requires.

  • One shift, no nights.

    The warehouse runs a single-shift schedule. You know in advance when you are at work and when you are home, and you never have to flip your sleep pattern from one week to the next.

  • Lunch in our own canteen

    We cook our own meals and subsidise them. You can also buy from our e-shops at internal prices.

  • A company that was here long before you.

    PackWay has operated since 1967, and in 2027 we mark sixty years. We run 20 of our own e-shops, operate in ten European countries, and in 2025 we handled close to 800,000 parcels.

  • Premises the company keeps investing in.

    We have solar panels on the roof and keep investing in the hall. You work in a space the company actually cares for, not whatever was left over.

Hiring process

From application to your first day

The whole process usually takes two to three weeks. Here is what happens after you send the form.

  1. Send your application

    Name, phone and e-mail are enough. Attach a CV only if you have one handy, we do not require it for warehouse roles.

  2. We call you

    We get in touch within five working days. We will ask about the essentials and tell you what the job is really like.

  3. We walk you round the hall

    You come and see where you would be working and meet the head of your section. Ask us anything, that is what the meeting is for.

  4. We give you an answer

    You will hear the decision within a week of the meeting, whichever way it goes. You will hear from us either way.

  5. You start, and we train you

    For the first few days you work alongside an experienced colleague. We train and certify you on the pallet truck and the forklift, no prior experience needed.
