International expansion
New markets,known from the inside
We run 20 own e-shops and operate in ten European countries. We paid for the pitfalls of every market ourselves, so you can skip them. You run the marketing, we take care of the rest.
Who it's for
You want to grow into new countries, not build another operation.
We handle expansion for brands that have working sales at home and want to repeat it next door, without a year of preparation and fixed costs that land before the first order does.
- Situation 01
A brand ready for a second market
Sales in Czechia work, and you want to try Slovakia or Poland. Building a warehouse, service and delivery there from scratch means a year of work. We already stand on those markets, so you start on a finished setup.
- Situation 02
A foreign brand heading into Central Europe
Atlas for Men approached us in September 2017, entered the Slovak market in January 2018 and added Hungary in 2020. We run shipments between Pardubice and Bratislava every day.
Where we already stand
Markets we know from running our own operation.
We are not consultants who know expansion from slide decks. We sell our own goods on these markets, and we have hit everything that can surprise a newcomer.
Czech Republic
Our home market and our base. Warehouse, call centre and dispatch all run from Pardubice.
Slovakia
We run six own e-shops here: Astoreo, Blancheporte, Magnet 3P, Velký košík, Výpredaj-zľavy and Vitakom. Alongside them, partner concepts too.
Poland
We entered in 2017 with the MAGNET DOM&MODA concept, and renamed it ASTOREO at the end of 2018. Our processes here are set and tested.
Hungary
Entered in 2017, the ASTOREO concept runs here today.
Romania
Entered in 2018 with the ASTOREO concept.
Ukraine
We run the astoreo.ua e-shop here.
Slovenia
The ASTOREO concept runs here, e-shop astoreo.si.
Croatia
The ASTOREO concept runs here, e-shop astoreo.hr.
Bulgaria
The ASTOREO concept runs here, e-shop astoreo.bg.
Belgium
We have no own e-shop here. We pack shipments, including carriage, and handle returns for Blancheporte and for the French company CIVAD.
We operate in ten European countries. We run our own e-shops in nine of them; in Belgium we have no own e-shop, we pack shipments there and handle returns.
What we do exactly
What we take over on a new market
You run the marketing and sales. The rest of the operation runs through us, from the same hall we dispatch our own brands from.
Customer service in the market's language
Operators speak the language the market sells in. For Atlas for Men we provided a French-speaking coordinator, for the Slovak market operators who speak Slovak.
- Phone and written support in the market's language
- Handling complaints to local practice
- Reporting in Czech or English
Delivery and dispatch costs
Your e-shop's shipments go out alongside our own volumes. Combined dispatch brings the per-parcel price down further than you could reach on your own.
- Dispatch bundled with our own volumes
- Carrier selection to match market practice
- Daily transport runs, for example Pardubice–Bratislava and back
Warehousing and order assembly
We store goods in Pardubice and dispatch to every market we serve from there. Packing materials, inserts and labels are handled to match the destination country's requirements.
- Warehousing, seasonal peaks included
- Assembly and packing to match the market
- Labelling to local requirements
Marketing support
We add inserts to shipments, send out mailings, and offer synergy with our own B2C activity on that market.
- Inserts in shipments
- Mailing campaigns
- Synergy with our own e-shops on the market
Returns handling
We take returns in at the same place we dispatch from. Goods go back into sale quickly, and your money is not sitting in shipments on the road.
- Receiving and sorting returned shipments
- Back into stock, or disposal
- Paperwork for every return
Choosing a market
We go through the countries you are considering with you. We tell you where we already run our own operation, where we have partners, and what to expect on each market.
Scope and cost
We work out dispatch, warehousing and service costs based on expected volumes. You get a price per unit, not a blind flat fee.
Preparing the operation
We set up a language version of the service, carriers, packing materials and labels to local rules.
Pilot volumes
We run sales on a smaller volume and fine-tune the processes before you switch marketing on fully.
Scaling and the next market
When campaigns start working, we scale capacity. Adding another market then becomes a matter of weeks, not a year.

Who has confirmed it
Who entered a new market with us
Brands we helped enter a new market, or for whom we now run a dependable operation.

Atlas for Men
For this French brand we run a call centre with French- and Slovak-speaking operators, place orders and handle returns. We helped the brand enter the Slovak and Hungarian markets.
“We have been working with PackWay since 2016. We know our customers are well looked after here, and that is one of the reasons our entry into the Czech market was so successful.”

No-obligation enquiry
Tell us where you want to sell.
Send us the target market and timing. We will come back with what works on that market and what it costs.

One person handles the enquiry and the call, so you never get transferred between departments.
Expansion enquiry
Three questions about your plans, we'll sort out the rest by phone.
