Assembly services
We turn componentsinto a finished product
We take in the parts, assemble the product, pack it and hand it to the carrier. You get extra capacity without recruiting and training your own people.
Who it's for
You are short of people for assembly, not machines.
This service is aimed at manufacturers, not e-shops. We hear from companies that have the order and the material, but do not want to deal with recruiting and running an assembly line.
- Situation 01
A manufacturer with no spare capacity
The order has come in, and there is no one to run it. Recruiting, training and managing line productivity take months, and once the order is done you are left with an overstaffed operation.
- Situation 02
A seasonal or one-off order
It pays to hand the whole package of work outside, including storing the input material and dispatching the finished units. You pay for the work done, not for holding capacity.
What we do exactly
What we do for you
We take over the whole stretch from receiving the parts to handing them to the carrier. We stand behind the quality of the work, every finished unit is inspected.
Receiving and storing parts
We take in the input material, store it and keep records. For Freudenberg we run a physical stock count once a month.
- Receiving and recording input material
- Storage until assembly starts
- Monthly physical stock counts
Product assembly
We build finished products from parts to your documentation. For the Vileda brand we assemble two types of mop, including servicing the machines and buying consumables.
- Assembly to your documentation
- Staff trained on the specific product
- Machine servicing and buying consumables
Packing and handover to the carrier
We pack finished products in the material of your choice, label them and hand them to the carrier. Dispatch runs from the same hall as assembly.
- Packing to your requirements
- Labelling and printing documents
- Handover to the carrier and dispatch
Outbound inspection
Every unit goes through outbound inspection. We focus on the competence of the people working the order, because that decides the result more than speed does.
- Inspection of every finished unit
- An inspection record for every batch
- A guarantee on the quality of the work
Enquiry and sample
Send us the documentation and a sample product. We work out how much work one unit takes and what tools we need for it.
Trial batch
We assemble the first batch and measure the actual time and reject rate. The price per unit comes from that.
Receiving the material
We take in the input parts and set up records for them. We agree on the rhythm of deliveries and the size of the buffer stock.
Series assembly
We run assembly at the agreed pace. Every finished unit goes through outbound inspection.
Dispatch and stock count
We dispatch finished units to your plan. We check the material status with a physical stock count every month.

Atlas for Men
For this French brand we run a call centre with French- and Slovak-speaking operators, place orders and handle returns. We helped the brand enter the Slovak and Hungarian markets.
“We have been working with PackWay since 2016. We know our customers are well looked after here, and that is one of the reasons our entry into the Czech market was so successful.”

No-obligation enquiry
Send us the product and the documentation
Tell us what needs assembling, in what volume and by when. We will work out the time per unit and come back with a price.

One person handles the enquiry and the call, so you never get transferred between departments.
